Website information

TightShip may receive information you submit by email or through a booking service. This can include your name, contact details, company, role and the workflow or business problem you describe.

The website uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and commercial journeys. Analytics may process technical information such as device, browser, approximate location, pages viewed and referral source. TightShip does not use website analytics as proof of a client’s operating result.

Third-party booking and email services apply their own privacy terms.

Why information is used

TightShip uses enquiry information to:

• respond to you;
• qualify and arrange a workflow triage;
• prepare or perform work you approve;
• maintain commercial and legal records;
• improve the website and buyer journey.

TightShip does not sell personal information.

Client workflow data

Client-data handling is agreed before access. The default controls are:

• least-privilege access limited to the agreed workflow;
• named systems, repositories and authorised people;
• disclosed providers and data locations where client data is processed;
• agreed retention and deletion;
• no use of client data to train public models;
• an escalation and stop path for security or data-quality concerns.

The engagement agreement and data-handling schedule govern client work where they are more specific than this website notice.

Access, correction or deletion

Email info@tightship.run to ask about personal information held by TightShip, request a correction or request deletion where applicable. This privacy route is separate from workflow triage and sales scheduling.
