The call is useful when

We will ask

The call ends with a decision

Investigate: enough signal for a paid Workflow Value Diagnostic.
Fix: the problem and intervention are already bounded enough to scope.
Hold: ownership, evidence, access or timing needs to change first.
Kill: the value or evidence does not justify further work.

If the workflow qualifies, TightShip will provide a fixed-scope diagnostic proposal with the fee, evidence boundary, required access and decision timing. The work normally takes ten business days after required access is available.

Questions buyers ask

What should I bring?

One recurring workflow problem, why it matters now and a rough sense of who owns it. You do not need to send files before the call.

Is this a free diagnostic?

No. Triage tests whether a paid diagnostic is justified. TightShip does not inspect files or design a solution during the call.

What happens after the call?

TightShip recommends investigate, fix, hold or kill. If a paid diagnostic is justified, you receive a short proposal with boundary, outputs, access, timing and price.
